HDB Watch Pro was founded to close the gap between generic security shops and the specific needs of public housing residents in Singapore.
Our focus
We do not install alarm systems for factories, manage enterprise access control, or sell off-the-shelf kits without installation. Video surveillance for HDB homes and their immediate surroundings is our sole trade. That narrow focus keeps our technicians current on estate guidelines, camera firmware updates, and the practical questions neighbours ask when they see a new dome on your ceiling.
Our workshop and customer desk operate from Potong Pasir, central enough to reach most estates within a reasonable drive. Site surveys are scheduled across the island — from Woodlands to Bedok — with priority given to elderly residents living alone when slots are tight.
Our technicians work exclusively on HDB layouts — not factory or warehouse systems.
How we work with residents
Honesty comes before upselling. If a single door camera solves your problem, we will not push a five-camera bundle. Quotes are written in plain English, with diagrams for camera coverage. We explain retention periods, cloud costs, and what happens if your hard drive fails — before you sign, not after.
Standards and conduct
Installers wear identification, use floor protection, and remove packaging unless you prefer to keep boxes for warranty purposes. We treat your home with the same care we expect in our own flats. Complaints are logged and reviewed weekly; recurring issues trigger retraining, not excuses.
Independence
HDB Watch Pro is a private company. We are not affiliated with the Housing & Development Board, town councils, or camera subsidy programmes run by third parties. When official schemes apply to your block, we can align specifications — but we do not represent any government body.
